Banished to Canada. --The Federal military authorities in Southwestern Kentucky have been actively engaged lately in banishing citizens whom they believe to have Southern sympathies. They issued orders, recently, at Columbus, Kentucky, banishing many of the most prominent citizens of that place to Canada, confiscating theirCanada, confiscating their personal effects, and giving them but a very short time to settle their affairs.
