--My man Matt, who is a Black-Smith, ran away on Sunday, the 5th November, and is either lurking about the city or is making his way through our lines below Richmond to the enemy.
He is about twenty years old; black; low in stature; stout and likely; has a boyish look.
I will give the above reward for his delivery to me at my store, No. 52 Main street, Richmond. P. H. Starke. no 8--3t*
