Mayor's Court. --Recorder Caskie officiated in this court yesterday. The following cases were disposed of: Frank Austin, charged with being drunk and using profane and vulgar language in the street — sent to the provost-marshal. Ann V. Jones, receiving a piece of bacon supposed to have been stolen — discharged. Cary Wormley, charged with stealing a pair of shoes, the property of J. M.
