Hustings Court. --The Hustings Court of Magistrates disposed of the following case yesterday: John Thernton, indicted for assault and battery, was found guilty and fined seventy-five dollars and costs. Thomas Divine, indicted for assault and battery, was found guilty by the jury and fined one hundred dollars, including costs of prosecution, and sentenced to thirty days imprisonment in jail. Richard Seeting, presented in five cases for retailing ardent spirits, plead guilty, was fined sixty dollars and costs of prosecution in each case. Catherine Collins, indicted for receiving stolen goods, was discharged. A nolle prosequi was entered in the case of James McCormick, indicted for larceny, and he was thereupon discharged. The court adjourned till eleven o'clock this morning.
