By Mr. Anderson, from the Military Committee.--A bill amending and re-enacting the act disbanding the One Hundred and Seventy-ninth regiment of Virginia Militia and re-organizing the Nineteenth regiment. By Mr. Bouldin, from the Committee on Finance.--A bill to authorize the County Court of Augusta to make an additional levy for the support of the soldiers' families. A communication was received from the Governor, enclosing one from the President of theConfederate Relations so to inform the President. The resolution lies over under the rules. Mr. Duvall submitted a resolution to authorize the Governor to impress salt in the hands of speculators for the use of the State; which resolution was adopted. A number of bills were advanced to their engrossment. On motion of Mr. Bouldin, the tax bill was made the order of the day for Monday at 1 o'clock, and every day thereafter until disposed of. On motion, the House adjourned.
