Confederate States District Court Before Judge Halyburton yesterday a decree of sequestration was entered in the matter of L. H. Chandler, formerly of Norfolk, Virginia, an alien enemy, ordering the sale at auction of a negro, claimed as the property of said L. H. Chandler.
