Mr. Henry, of Tennessee, presented patriotic resolutions passed by Bushrod Johnson's brigade of Tennessee troops, and Archer's brigade of Tennessee and Maryland troops, which were ordered to be printed. Mr. Henry introduced a joint resolution of thanks to the above-named troops which was passed. Mr. Baker, of Florida, called up his resolution for the adjournment of Congress on the 20th instant, which, after discussion, was postponed till Friday. On motion, by Mr. Burnett, the Senate rrejected, and a vote being taken on the passage of the resolution it was rejected — yeas, 3; nays, 13. Those who voted in the affirmative were: Messrs.
