Hustings Court. --The following cases were disposed of before the Hustings Court of Magistrates yesterday: Noah D. Reed, charged with violently assaulting and robbing David Currie, was examined and discharged. In the case of William St. George Gunn, charged with felony, a nolle prosequi was entered and the prisoner was discharged. George W. Berry, charged with stealing a silver watch, the property of Francis M. Rhea, was sent on for trial before Judge Lyons. Ann Perrin, charged with advising Vina, slave of John D. Holstead, to escape from her owner, was also sent on for trial before Judge Lyons. The Grand Jury made the following presentments: Owen Miledowne, for receiving stolen goods, knowing them to have been stolen. William H. Harrison, for larceny. The court thereupon adjourned till 12 o'clock to-day.
