Criminal Court, yesterday, was occupied during the entire session with the hearing of the evidence and arguments in the case of Thos. R. Robson, a Marylander, who sought a discharge from the militia service of the city upon the ground of his nativity. The Judge recognized his right to an exemption, and thereupon discharged him. Mr. Myers for petitioner. No other business was done.
