Confederate States district Court. --In Judge Halyburton's Court, yesterday, the case of the Confederate States versus Joseph R. Anderson & Co., of Richmond, a decree was entered ordering the payment by defendant of the sum of $50,239.62 to H. L. Brooke, Receiver, with interest thereon from February 1, 1865, due from alien enemies in New York, Pennsylvania, Connecticut and other Northern States. The following habeas corpus cases were continued till the next term: Thomas W. Findlay, T. M. Kean, J. Wayne Spitler, Kusper B. Koiner. The court thereupon adjourned till the 10th instant, the commencement of the next term.
