Runaway and Smashing of a window.
--On Wednesday evening, a horse, attached to a buggy owned by a German named McGimmy, ran away on Broad street, and on reaching the corner of Fourth, turned upon the sidewalk and ran into the window of Rose's store, masking up things generally.
McGimmy very promptly told the proprietor of the store that he would settle all damages.
