Suit for damages. --Mrs. Elizabeth Austin, mother of Rev. Thomas H. B. Austin, who was recently killed on the Baltimore and Ohio railroad, has, through her counsel, J. M. Frazier, Esq., instituted suit against the company, claiming twenty thousand dollars damages, in the Superior Court of Baltimore city.
