Mayor Wood's Message presented.
--The grand jury of New York have made a presentment denouncing the late message of Mayor Wood as a document calculated and aiming to pander to the worst passions of the most dangerous classes in that city, and deserving the reprehension of all honest and law-abiding men. The message, it will be recollected, suggested that the city should secede from the State.
