A Cool deliberate Murder,
--Last Monday night, says the Knoxville Whig of the 7th, Jacob Cloninger shot down Andrew J. Davis with a rifle, in the upper part of this county.
Cloninger was very deliberate, calling Davis out, while the mother of the former held a pine torch for him to shoot.
