More high Handed measures. --Gen. Harney, of Missouri, has issued an address, in which his impudence presumes to annul a law of the Legislature of the State of Missouri. A more audacious attempt to interfere with State rights was never made. He presumes to tell us that the law is unconstitutional. Well, suppose it is, who made Gen. Harney Chief Justice, Grand Jury, Court of Appeals, &c.? If we are under a military government, say so. Don't any longer humbug the people with the cry of frsued an address, in which his impudence presumes to annul a law of the Legislature of the State of Missouri. A more audacious attempt to interfere with State rights was never made. He presumes to tell us that the law is unconstitutional. Well, suppose it is, who made Gen.
