The Fourth of July to be kept in Georgia. The Atlanta Intelligencer says: "The cotton planters of Georgia are to meet in Macon on the 4th of July, then and there to proclaim their eternal independence of Northern financial and commercial domination. Planters of the South, remember that every dollar subscribed by you in the Government bonds is a preliminary step in the establishment of a new financial association, entirely controlled by the planters of America, and one which will goy to be kept in Georgia.
