--A dispatch from Charleston, July 24, says:
A bout 8 o'clock this morning the Spanish ship Plue Ultra, in attempting to get into port, was chased and overtaken by a small steamer attached to the blockading fiset.
She was then conveyed under the guns of the Wabash.
Fort Moultrie fired several shots at the simmer during the chase, but she was too far off for them to take effect.
