House of Delegates. Saturday, May 10, 1862. The House re-assembled at 12 o' clock, and was opened with prayer by the Rev. Mr. Duncan. The Clerk read a message from the Senate, announcing the passage of sundry House bills, and also of a number of joint resolutions published in the report of yesterday's proceedings.
