William R. Pugh (search for this): article 2
Twenty-five dollars reward. Left my house, on Grace street, between 7th and 8th, on yesterday evening, my woman Polly. She is about 35 years old; dark complexion, and spare made, She carried off her child, (a male,) some 7 or 8 months old, but quite delicate. I have no doubt she is concealed in the city, as she has a number of relatives here. The above reward will be paid for her apprehension and delivery at my office, on Shockoe Slip, or secured in jail. my 24--6t Wm. R. Pugh.
