Mayor's Court. Wednesday, December 31st. --Mary Wood was brought up charged with abusing Geo. Geering and family.
There was a cross charge cutered to the effect that Gehring and one Dolly Eames had used threatening and abusive language towards Mrs. Wood and family.
The dispute between the parties arose about the right to close up a fance between the lots separating their respective dwelings.
Gehring said to the Mayor that the Woods kept a disorderly house, which was Mrs. Wood and family.

He was fined $1 and sent before the Provoet Marchal.
