Foreigners organizing. --The British subjects residing in Mobile have formed a company, known as the British Consular Guards, commanded by F. J. Halton, Captain, and have offered their services to the Mayor to aid in the preservation of the good order of the city in case of insurrection, invasion, inundation, devastation by fire, or any other duty not inconsistent with the retaining of their original nationality.
