Rumored fight in North Carolina. --Passengers from Ivor yesterday afternoon brought up a report that the expedition of negro troops which left Norfolk in the early part of last week for a raid in the Albemarle region of North Carolina, and who have been reported in the Northern papers as being in possession of Elizabeth City, were met by our forces under Col.
