Flag presentation.
--At six o'clock this afternoon a beautiful flag will be presented by certain ladies of Shockoe Hill to the Second regiment (formerly Nineteenth) of Virginia Reserve Forces.
The presentation will be made from the steps of the City Hall, by Mr. J. H. Gilmer, in behalf of the fair donors, and the reception speech will be made by Colonel Thomas J. Evans.
A fine band of music will be in attendance.
