Gratifying. --We clip the following paragraph from the editorial correspondence of the Yorkville (S. C.) Enquirer. The letter, of which it is the closing paragraph, is dated at Warrenton, Va., on the 5th instant, at which place the hospital alluded to is located: Those who have sick loved ones here, may feel grateful. While down they have good hospital accommodations and tender nursing; and when up they move amongst pleasant scenes and sounds, and kind faces, importing a cheerful delight to the mind, and hastening their complete recovery. Or, if they prefer, convalescents can go out to the Springs, where the hospital has a department to receive them; and they are, we are told, a most inviting and delightful place.
