Fatal accident.
--Wm. T. Harris, a well known lawyer of Richmond county met with a shocking and fatal accident at Westmoreland C. H., Va., on Wednesday evening last.-- Mr. H. was riding in a sulky, when his horse took fright and becoming unmanageable, threw him from the vehicle, injuring him so severely that he died on the following morning, at 3 o'clock.
