Judge Lyons's Court is still in session.-- The habeas corpus case was determined yesterday and resulted in the discharge of the prisoner. Wm. Guy, on trial for felony, was convicted and sentenced. Edward Flinn, charged with an offence of the same nature, was acquitted. At a late hour yesterday evening counsel were arguing the case of Albert Toppin, indicted for stealing 17 bushels of oats from John A. Lacy. The Grand Jury, after true bills in a large number of cases, was adjourned until Friday at 11 o'clock. The Court adjourned until this morning at 10 o'clock.
