Resolution of Inquiry.--The following resolution of Inquiry was adopted: By Mr. Paxton, of incorporating the Rockbridge White Sulphur Springs Company. Bills Passed.--Senate bill for the protection of the fisheries in the waters of the Potomac and Chesapeake Bay; House bill authorizing the trustees of the First Presbyterian Church, in the city of Portsmouth, to execute a deed of trust on said property; House bill for the encouragement of certain volunteer military companies in the city of Wheeling; Senate bill transferring the Huttonsville and Huntersville Road to the counties through which it passes; Senate bill refunding $79.07
