أَنْ تُرْجِعِى عَقْلِى فَقَدْ أَنَى لَكِ
” [Mercy on thee! O Jinneeyeh, جِنِّىَّ being for جِنِّيَّةُ,) doth it appear fit to thee that thou shouldst restore my reason? for the time hath come for thee to do so], a woman resembling a جِنِّيَّة is meant, either because of her beauty, or in her changeableness.
