[325] Serv. gives a choice of two interpretations of ‘quid moror?’ ‘why do I remain in Africa?’ and ‘why do I delay to die?’ The latter is clearly right, the thought being supplied, as Wund. remarks, from ‘moribundam’ v. 323.
