[1082] συγγενεῖς as being also sons of Τύχη: the word further expresses that their lapse is the measure of his life: cp. 963: ἀλκᾷ ξύμφυτος αἰών （Aesch. Ag. 107）, years with which bodily strength keeps pace. Pind. N. 5.40 “πότμος συγγενής,” the destiny born with one.
