[88] ἐξελθόντα, of the event, “having issued”; cp. 1011 μή μοι Φοῖβος ἐξέλθῃ σαφής; so 1182 ἐξήκοι. The word is chosen by Creon with veiled reference to the duty of banishing the defiling presence (98 ἐλαύνειν). πάντ᾽ predicative with εὐτυχεῖν, “will all of them (= altogether) be well.” λέγω ἂν εὐτυχεῖν = λέγω ὅτι εὐτυχοίη ἄν.
