ὕπεστί μοι θράσος is followed by κλύουσαν as if “ὑφέρπει” or “ὑπῆλθέ με” had preceded. Cp. Aesch. Pers. In other examples the presence of an infin. modifies the boldness: Soph. Ai. 1006 f. (Cp. Soph. Ant. 838 n.) ὀνειράτων: cp. the invocation of Sleep, Ph. 828, “εὐαὲς ἡμῖν ἔλθοις”. In Aesch. Cho. 32 ff. the dream is described as ‘breathing resentment’ against the murderers: “τορὸς γὰρ ὀρθόθριξ φόβος”, | “δόμων ὀνειρόμαντις, ἐξ ὕπνου κότον” | “πνέων”.
