[10] Διὸς Νόος ἐΞετελεῖτο: probably borrowed from Theog. 1002 “μεγάλου δὲ Διὸς νόος ἐξετελεῖτο”. So Il. 1.5, Cypria fr. 1. 7 “Διὸς δ᾽ ἐτελείετο βουλή”. Gemoll objects to the imperfect here, which he thinks has been blindly copied from Hesiod. But the tense is quite appropriate: “the will of Zeus was coming to fulfilment.” Cf. h. Apoll. 349 “ἀλλ᾽ ὅτε δὴ μῆνές τε καὶ ἡμέραι ἐξετελεῦντο” (followed by “ἐπήλυθον ὧραι”). “Διὸς νόος” is Hesiodean; cf. Op.105, Theog. 51, 537, 613 al.
