[231] τοῖοι οἵ: cf. 17.164; the “οἵ” is epexegetic of “τοῖοι”, not correlative; we might have had “τοῖοι ἀντιάσαι”, as in Od. 2.60. Heyne and others would reject 22932, with little reason. Indeed the last line is evidently alluded to in 235.
