III. of musical sounds, “αὐλῷ λαλέωTheoc.20.29; of trees, v.supr.1.2; “δι᾽[αὐλοῦ σάλπιγγος] λ.Arist. Aud.801a29; of Echo, D.C.74.14: also c.acc. cogn., μάγαδιν λαλεῖν sound the μάγαδις, Anaxandr.35.
