2.of the things themselves, πλαγίαις φρένεσσιν ὄλβος οὐ . . ὁμ. does not consort with a crooked mind, Pind.; κυλίκων νεῖμεν ἐμοὶ τέρψιν ὁμιλεῖν gave me the delight of cups to keep me company, Soph.
