Cibyra

1.
Magna; a great city of Phrygia Magna, on the borders of Caria,
said to have been founded by the Lydians, but afterwards peopled by the Pisidians. Under its
native princes, the city ruled over a large district called Cibyratis. In B.C. 83, it was
added to the Roman Empire. It was celebrated for its manufactures, especially of iron.

Parva; a city of Pamphylia, on the borders of Cilicia.
