CEBA

CEBA a town of Liguria, mentioned by Pliny (11.42. s. 97) as celebrated for its cheeses, is evidently the modern Ceva, in the upper valley of the Tanaro, on the N. slope of the Apennines, near their junction with the Maritime Alps.
