Πάριοι δὲ ὑπολειφθέντες ἐν Κύθνῳ, ἐκαραδόκεον τὸν πόλεμον κῆ ἀποβήσεται Hdt. viii. 67. ὥσπερ χορευταί: like members of a chorus, who keep their eyes on the leader during the whole performance.
