1. The Pellaean, appointed satrap of Babylonia after the death of Alexander, B. C. 323 (Justin, 13.4; Diod. 18.3), is probably the same as the son of Cleinias mentioned in the Indian expedition of Alexander. (Arrian, Ind. chap. 18.)
