Sentius Saturninus, C. F. C. N., the son of No. 2. was consul A. D. 4, in which year the Lex. Aelia Sentia was passed.
He was appointed by Augustus governor of Germany, and served with distinction under Tiberius, in his campaign against the Germans.
He was, in consequence, rewarded by Augustus with the triumphal ornaments in A. D. 6. (
