Hall, Edwin 1802-1877

Clergyman; born in Granville, N. Y., Jan. 11, 1802; graduated at Middlebury College in 1826; pastor of a Congregational church at Norwalk, Conn., in 1832-54; then elected Professor of Theology in Auburn Seminary. He is the author of The Puritans and their principles; Historical records of Norwalk, etc. He died in Auburn, N. Y., Sept. 8, 1877.
