Niblack, Albert Parker 1859-

Naval officer; born in Vincennes, Ind., July 25, 1859; graduated at Annapolis in 1880; United States naval attache at Berlin, Rome, and Vienna; was promoted lieutenant in 1896. He is the author of Coast Indians of Alaska and Northern British Columbia.
