South Branch Bridge and Patterson's Creek Bridge July 4.

Moved to Camp Chase, Ohio, August 30.

Mustered out September 9, 1864.

Regiment lost during service 1 Officer and 2 Enlisted men killed and mortally wounded and 26 Enlisted men by disease. Total 29.
