2 بتّتهُ بت بتة بتت بتته بتتة بتتته , inf. n. تَبْتِيتٌ, He cut it off, or severed it, [entirely, or utterly, and] much, or with extraordinary energy or effectiveness; the teshdeed denoting intensiveness of signification.
