مُدَبِّرٌ مدبر [is extensively and variously applied as meaning One who manages, conducts, orders, or regulates, affairs of any kind, but generally affairs of importance]. فَا@لْمَدَبِّرَاتِ أَمْرًا, in the Kur [lxxix. 5], signifies [accord. to most of the Expositors] And those angels who are charged with the managing, conducting, ordering, or regulating, of affairs.
