مَغَارٌ ذ : see غَارٌ, in two places. ― -b2- Also A place of entrance: and a place where a thing is sought for: you say, إِِنَّكَ غُرْتَ فِى غَيْرِ مَغَارٍ Verily thou hast entered into that which is not a place of entrance: and verily thou hast sought in that which is not a place where a thing is sought for.
