وكف

1 وَكَفَ ذ said of water from the eyes: see a verse cited voce رَسَمَ. One of its inf. ns. is وَكَفَانٌ. (K, voce جذٌّ.) 2 وُكِّفَ عَلَى الخُبْزِ ذ [It was made to drip upon bread]; said of fat melting and dripping. (TA in art. جمل.) ― -b2- وَكَّفَ and ↓ أَوْكَفَ : see أَكَّفَ and آكَفَ. 4 أَوْكَفَ see 2. وَكْفٌ ذ : see an ex. in a verse cited voce خَيْطَةٌ. وَكِيفٌ ذ , inf. n. of 1: see رِسَمَ.
