--A party of sailors, growing tired of their written agreement to make a voyage to South America, undertook to leave the vessel, now lying in the dock, on Monday last; but finding opposition from the Captain, and rough handling from the Mate, brought the matter before the Mayor yesterday. After a hearing the complaint was dismissed, and the "jolly tars" were directed to go on board and "turn in."
