Vermont liquor Law.

--A bill has been introduced into the Vermont Legislature providing that all packages containing intoxicating liquor, brought or found within the State, not distinctly marked with the name of the sender and the kind and quality of the liquor, should, by reason of that fact, be contraband, and liable to be spilled without further ceremony.
